• Identify and close sales opportunities in accordance with the Company’s overall strategic plans and financial objectives
• Prospect and cold call 50+ installers daily
• Cold call new and existing customers to set up product webinar demo
• Support Regional Sales managers
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Identify and close sales opportunities in accordance with the Company’s overall strategic plans and financial objectives
• Provide regular reporting to management, including sales pipeline development, forecasting, and market condition updates.

• Participate in team bonding games and activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• This role has both hunting (new clients) and farming (handling and managing existing clients) - someone comfortable with both aspects, and strong closing skills required
• The ability to learn new technologies and quickly grasp technical concepts A distinct customer service focus
• Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools to drive productivity
